Our world headquarters is located in Milwaukee, the city where Baird was founded by Robert W. Baird in 1919. This attractive, modern facility is situated in the downtown area and houses more than 1,500 associates. It is the home of many of our executive leaders, a central hub for our business units, and home to the majority of our corporate resource groups that support our efforts to provide world-class service to every client.

With the acquisition of Hilliard Lyons in 2019, Louisville has become an important market for Baird. It is home to professionals from our Baird Trust, Private Wealth Management and Public Finance businesses, and an operational hub for Baird's corporate resource group. Many jobs available in Baird's Milwaukee office are also open to candidates in Louisville and we anticipate continued growth in this market.
