Where Our Interns Work

We host approximately 170 interns each year throughout 30 Baird locations. They spend time in 18 of our core business areas as well as our corporate resource groups. More than half of our internships are located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; the others take place in various office locations throughout the U.S. and Europe.

Summer and year-long paid internships are available in banking, private wealth management, equity research, asset management, fixed income, sales & trading, finance, information technology, operations, compliance, human resources, marketing & communications, risk, and internal audit.
