Resolving the most complex issues with the simplest of solutions, our Operations team supports Private Wealth Management, Equity and Fixed Income Institutional Capital Markets and Equity Asset Management. We are committed to supporting our internal clients by streamlining processes and procedures, finding ways to reduce risk and making all things Baird work even better.

We’ll train the right people from all backgrounds and majors, including non-business areas of study, and seek out these personal and professional qualities: Client-service orientation, intellectual curiosity, team player attitude, effective communication skills, and creative mindset. We offer both summer and year-round internships in many areas of our Operations team. Our interns are often hired into full-time roles within Operations and throughout Baird.
