Baird | Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Private Equity, Investment Banking Offered by Baird

Investment Banking Analyst

List

As a Baird Analyst, you’ll learn directly from industry leaders, build exceptional transaction experience, and interact with world-class companies and high-caliber management teams.

At Baird, our middle-market focus means direct access to high-quality, high-growth clients. Our lean transaction teams enable strong relationships among junior and senior bankers. You will begin your professional experience with an intensive, four-week training program and continue with experiential, real-life learning opportunities that will fuel your entire career.

“Our culture is unique in that we really help each other to achieve the best outcome for the client, and I think it’s unique that Baird really propels you to grow within the team and within the company. The best thing about my job is that no day is the same as the previous day, and you can never know what to expect coming into the office every day.

Baird is the best place to be for somebody who wants to work on a team, be focused on clients, and really enjoy that teamwork. I think in an industry that is so competitive, having a team-focused environment is very unique. At Baird, the junior team gets incredible access to senior management and managing directors, and that is really how you learn and grow into the next step. The types of tasks and projects that the junior team get to work on is way beyond what you would see at some other firms.”
