Performs proactive administrative duties to in support of junior to mid-level bankers including but not limited to; managing calendars, scheduling meetings/calls, monitoring phases of projects, researching and compiling data and information to complete tasks. An opportunity to work in an admin pool environment and partner with experienced admins to learn established systems, policies and procedures. This role will provide great opportunities for advancement and career growth. This position can be located anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a team of VPs, Associates and Analysts assisting with project focused tasks
  • Scheduling meetings / conference calls, on and off-site consultations and gatherings, and managing client interaction
  • Ensuring data integrity with accurate Salesforce entries and continuous data clean ups
  • Arranging domestic and international travel, staying current and knowledgeable on all Travel policies, procedures and changes
  • Preparing, processing, and tracking expense reports; staying current and knowledgeable on all Compliance / Expense policies
  • Covering other assistants on deal related projects
  • Handling and preparing packages for overnight shipping
  • Requisitioning inventory and office supplies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or education equivalent required
  • 3+ years of proven administrative experience preferably in the financial industry

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented, problem solving, self-starter
  • Solid adaptability and team working capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace results-driven environment
  • Experienced using Concur to make travel arrangements and perform expense processing
  • Experienced using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
